Binghatti Wraith is a freehold residential tower by Binghatti Developers in Al Jaddaf, one of Dubai’s most central and fastest-evolving districts. Architecture & Design

The tower combines crystalline glass façades with a high-contrast grid and curved balconies that flow along each floor. The scheme includes about 855 apartments (mostly studios and one-bedrooms, with just two three-bedroom units) and 34 retail units. Sizes and availability are confirmed per unit at the time of reservation.
