Binghatti Ghost is a completed freehold residential tower by Binghatti Developers in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2, which is part of Al Jaddaf. Construction finished in the second half of 2026: Propsearch lists completion in August 2026, and DLD records show the project as finished on 23 September 2026. For buyers, that means a ready home in the city centre with no construction period.

Ghost sits on the Al Jaddaf waterfront, close to Dubai Creek. Binghatti publishes these approximate drive times:

• Al Jaddaf Walk – 2 to 3 minutes
• Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera and The Dubai Mall – 3 to 5 minutes
• Museum of the Future and Dubai Frame – 4 to 6 minutes
• Dubai Design District (d3) – 5 to 8 minutes
• Meydan and Ras Al Khor – 5 to 10 minutes

Residents can reach Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Oud Metha Road quickly, and Al Jaddaf Metro station is nearby.

The Developer

Architecture & Design

The tower has two basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine, podium parking, 20 residential floors and a roof, which comes to 24 storeys above ground. Its mirrored glass façade has metallic accents laid in a rhythmic pattern, so the tower appears to change with the light. Every apartment has a private balcony. The double-height lobby is finished in Calacatta marble, travertine, wood veneer and champagne-tone metal.

Sizes come from DLD-registered transactions and the developer’s material. The exact area is confirmed on each unit’s title deed.
