Overview

Vision Iconic Tower is the signature hypertower of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City in Nad Al Sheba 1, Meydan. Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz are building it together. Propsearch lists the tower at about 360 metres. It holds 1,426 residences, from one- to five-bedroom homes, plus 27 high-street shops on the ground floor. Piling began in autumn 2026, and the estimated handover is Q3 2028.

Location & Connectivity

The tower stands on a plot of about 239,844 sq ft inside Binghatti City, between Al Khail Road and Meydan Road. Binghatti places it about 7 minutes from Downtown Dubai. The wider community is about 10 minutes from Business Bay and The Dubai Mall, 8 minutes from Dubai Design District and 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Residents can use the community’s central park of about 650,000 sq ft, right next door.

The Developer

Binghatti is a Dubai developer known for branded hypertowers, including Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences and the first Mercedes-Benz Places tower in Downtown Dubai. Vision Iconic is the landmark of their joint branded city.

Architecture & Design

The tower has a sweeping, terraced spine that steps down in a single silver curve. It is made up of slender blocks arranged in a rising spiral. The horizontal podiums take their cue from classic Mercedes-Benz radiator grilles. At the centre, a circular podium holds a water plaza of about 2,966 sq m with a three-pointed-star focal point. An illuminated beacon crowns the top. The vertical stack has a ground floor, a mezzanine, five podium levels, 78 residential floors, four mechanical levels and a roof deck. Interiors use natural stone, oak flooring, fluted panels and satin-chrome accents. The tower is targeting LEED and WELL certification.

Residences & Sizes

Unit sizes are available on request and are confirmed per unit in the SPA. Homes have ceiling heights of up to about 3.2 metres.

Amenities

Binghatti lists more than 30 amenities, including:

• An infinity pool, an adult pool and a children’s pool on the podium deck
• Private sky pools for selected residences
• A spa, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi
• A gym, yoga and wellness studios, and a skyline jogging path
• A cinema, a children’s play area, padel and basketball courts
• Concierge, valet, food and beverage services, and air-conditioned outdoor spaces

Handover & Payment Plan

• Expected handover: Q3 2028 (estimate). Construction started in September 2026.
• Ownership: Freehold, open to all nationalities
• Payment structure: a down payment, then instalments during construction, then the balance on completion. Payments go into the escrow account registered for the project.
