Overview

JVC is one of Dubai’s most popular residential communities, between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Etherea has quick access to the E311 and Al Khail Road. The Developer

Binghatti is a Dubai developer known for sculptural architecture and branded towers with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co. It designs, builds and delivers its projects in-house.

Architecture & Design

The tower stands on a plot of about 24,990 sq ft. It rises over a basement, a ground floor, five podium levels, 22 residential floors, a mechanical level and a roof. The façade combines metal mesh, satin-chrome finishes, high-end stone and crystalline glass. Interiors use travertine flooring, oak, feature marble and bronze-tinted mirrors. The tower is oriented to maximise daylight and open views.

Sizes come from DLD-registered sales and are confirmed per unit in the SPA.

The amenity deck is on the 5th floor and is laid out like a boutique urban club:
