Overview

Binghatti SkyTerraces is a high-rise residential and retail tower by Binghatti Developers in Motor City. The design is built around outdoor living. An undulating façade creates deep, wide terraces, so every residence gets a generous outdoor space. The tower has about 1,886 units, from studios to three-bedroom homes, plus ground-floor retail. Binghatti’s November 2026 price list gives completion in January 2028 (the DLD register shows 31 October 2027).

Location & Connectivity

Motor City is an established, family-friendly community in Dubailand, close to Dubai Autodrome and Arabian Ranches. SkyTerraces has access to Emirates Road (E611), Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Qudra Road. Binghatti publishes these approximate drive times:

The Developer

Binghatti is a Dubai developer known for distinctive architecture, in-house construction and branded towers with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co.

Architecture & Design

The tower rises over two basements, a ground floor, six podium levels, 40 residential floors, two mechanical levels and a roof. Its flowing façade forms the signature terraces and makes the most of light and skyline views. Interiors combine feature marble, travertine, European walnut, chrome and bronze metal, and Corian, with smart-home technology throughout.

Residences & Sizes

Sizes come from DLD-registered sales and include terraces where applicable. The exact area is confirmed per unit in the SPA.
