Overview

Binghatti Starlight is a 25-storey freehold residential tower by Binghatti Developers in Al Jaddaf. It has 510 apartments (studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms) and one ground-floor shop. Its hexagonal façade is inspired by the night sky, and many units look towards Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa. Binghatti markets the homes as furnished. Location & Connectivity

Starlight is in central Al Jaddaf, between Dubai Creek and Oud Metha. Binghatti places the project a short drive from Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport. The district connects directly to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), Al Khail Road (E44) and Oud Metha Road, and it’s served by Al Jaddaf and Creek Metro stations. Dubai Healthcare City, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, Dubai Design District and Dubai Festival City are all close by. Binghatti does not publish minute-by-minute drive times for this tower.

The Developer

Binghatti is a Dubai developer founded in 2008 with a contracting background. It handles design, construction and delivery in-house. Its portfolio ranges from mid-market apartments to Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co branded towers.

Architecture & Design

The tower has three basements, a ground floor, three podium parking levels, 20 residential floors and a roof. Its hexagonal façade creates a play of light and shadow, and large windows frame the skyline. The interiors use soft neutral tones and rich textures, and the apartments come furnished.

Binghatti’s official size range is 39–111 sq m. The square-foot figures above come from DLD-registered sales, and each unit’s exact area is set in its SPA.
